The Ruby Red

Our boozy and bubbly take on freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

Youā€™ll need

  • 1 1/2 ounces of gin (optional)
  • 2 ounces of Ruby Grapefruit natural wine
  • 1/4 ounces of grapefruit juiceĀ 
  • 3 ounces of { Elderflower Grapefruit }
  • Ā½ ounces of simple syrupĀ 
  • IceĀ 
  • Herb of choice to garnish

Instructions

In a tin, combine booze, simple syrup, grapefruit juice, ice and natural wine. Shake until the glass is frosty, then strained into an ice filled glass! Crack open a cold can of Elderflower Grapefruit and top it off. Daintily place an herb of choice on top and voila!Ā
