The Cider Highball
Wave hello to autumn with this tart and crisp apple cocktail
You’ll need
- 2 ounces of bourbon
- 1/2 ounce of apple cider reduction
- 1/2 ounce of fresh lime juice
- Top up ounces of { Lime Cardamom }
- Apple slice to garnish
- Ice
Instructions
In your cocktail tin, combine bourbon, lime juice, apple cider reduction, and ice. Shake until frosty, and strain into a tall glass. Add a few ice cubes and top up with Lime Cardamom. Garnish with an autumnal apple slice.
